At Tonimus, you can request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains what data we hold, how to request its deletion, and what happens after you do.

privacy@tonimus.ai from the address associated with your account with the subject line
"Delete My Data", or use the in-app option described below. We process all verified requests within 30 days.
What data we hold
Depending on how you use Tonimus, we may store:
- Account information (name, email, profile details)
- Content you upload or create on the platform
- Connected platform data obtained with your authorization — including data accessed through Meta technologies such as Instagram and Facebook (for example, your account identifiers, basic profile information, content you authorize us to publish, and engagement metrics)
- Generated posts, analytics, and revenue attribution data
- Authentication tokens for connected platforms
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In-app (fastest)
- Log in to your account at app.tonimus.ai
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select Delete Account & Data and confirm
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to privacy@tonimus.ai from the email address registered to your Tonimus account. Include the subject line "Delete My Data". We will verify your identity and confirm the request.
Deleting data obtained through Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to Tonimus, you can remove our access and request deletion of any associated data in two ways:
- From Tonimus: disconnect the platform in Settings → Platforms, then submit a deletion request as described above. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access tokens and stops further data collection.
- From Meta: go to your Facebook or Instagram settings → Apps and Websites → remove Tonimus. This revokes our access at the source.
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete all personal data we obtained through Meta technologies, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.
What happens after you request deletion
- We verify the request originates from the account owner.
- We permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
- We revoke and delete authentication tokens for all connected platforms.
- We send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- Limited information may be retained only where legally required (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes), and is deleted once those obligations expire.
